Designed for Flexibility and Creative Flow
The XDJ-RR enables DJs to customise their setup, allowing track loading from USB drives, control of rekordbox via Link Export, and access to Performance Mode through a USB-B connection. Its layout resembles club-standard CDJ and DJM equipment, facilitating training and club transitions. With two channels, three Beat FX (Echo, Reverb, Flanger), and four Sound Colour FX (Filter, Pitch, Noise, Dub Echo), it offers precise sound shaping. DJs can activate 8 Hot Cues per deck, adjust loops manually or automatically, and mix smoothly with responsive EQ and fader curves. The device also features WaveZoom for visual cueing and dual headphone outputs for monitoring flexibility.
Compact Powerhouse for DJs On-the-Go
At just 5.2 kg, the standalone DJ controller XDJ-RR is built for portability without compromise. Its integrated layout reduces the need for external DJ equipment, making it perfect for mobile gigs, live streams, and practice sessions. Dual USB-A ports enable uninterrupted transitions between DJs, while the AUX input allows additional sources like smartphones or tablets. The controller’s high signal-to-noise ratio (112 dB) and low distortion ensure pristine audio output, whether you’re connecting to PA systems via XLR or RCA. It supports MP3, WAV, AAC, and AIFF files via USB media formatted in FAT, FAT32, or HFS+.
Why Choose the Standalone DJ Controller XDJ-RR?
Compared to larger, modular DJ equipment or more entry-level controllers, the Standalone DJ Controller XDJ-RR strikes the ideal balance between functionality and portability. It brings essential pro-grade features from the Pioneer DJ ecosystem—such as dual deck control, pro mixer FX, and a tactile jog interface—into a single, streamlined unit. Unlike controllers that rely on a laptop at all times, the XDJ-RR allows true standalone performance, freeing DJs from screens and opening up more space for performance focus. It’s the perfect bridge between beginner setups and full-scale club rigs, making it ideal for DJs aiming to step up their game without overspending or overpacking.
